2.1 You may request a return within 7 business days of receiving the Product for the following reasons:

  • (a) The Product delivered is incorrect or does not match its description on the Website;
  • (b) The Product is expired or damaged during transit;
  • (c) Change-of-mind returns are not allowed.

2.2 Eligible Products must:

  • (a) Be unused and undamaged;
  • (b) Be in their original, unopened packaging;
  • (c) Include all components and be returned as a whole.

  • (a) Replace the Product;
  • (b) Provide a full refund;
  • (c) Credit your account; or

2.5 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We may deduct collection service fees from the refund amount.

  • (b) Provide a store credit voucher of equal value.

3.2 Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after confirmation.

4. No Obligation to Refund or Exchange

4.1 FIVENTURE STUDIO SDN BHD reserves the right to decline returns or refunds if:

  • (a) Products are not returned in original packaging or are damaged;
  • (b) Products are opened, used, or no longer in saleable condition.
